As every home is different our project managers can come to you to discuss your goals and ideas and desires. If you are in need of plans or design services we are able to arrange these for you.

Our project managers will aim to provide the design and type of construction to suit your budget, and time frame.

After the inintial meeting our project manager will prepare an estimated budget for your project and an estimated completion time. If you require any design services a quotation for this can be prepared as well.

Many conditions can change throughout the design process, and firm priced quotations  can be provided once building plans have been approved by council. Prior to signing a home building contract of works we will work with you to decide on all of those finishing touches to ensure that your desired final result is achieved.
